How soon do you need it?
Our friendly, helpful staff will process your gift certificate request, with your choice of card and greeting, within 48 hours. It is then sent in the mail via Canada Post to you, or directly to the lucky person receiving your gift.
Ok, I have a gift certificate, what do I do?
It's easy! Just call our Sales Super Centre at 1-888-WESTJET (937-8538). Our Sales Super Agents will be more than happy to help you with all your travel needs. Gift certificates are also redeemable at WestJet ticket counters. Gift certificates cannot be used for online purchases or towards the purchase of WestJet Vacations Packages or group bookings.
