WestJet guests earn one AIR MILES reward mile for every $20 when booking a flight online at westjet.com.
WestJet offers you double AIR MILES reward miles when you book online using your Mosaik MasterCard with the WestJet AIR MILES reward option.
Reward miles are awarded on the total fare paid, including service fees such as kennel or baggage fees, but excluding all taxes and Airport Improvement Fees. Simply enter your Collector Number when you book any flight through westjet.com, and the reward miles will be automatically credited to your account once all travel has been completed.

Travel agents who book via the online Agent Link on westjet.com are able to record your Collector Number with your WestJet booking. Check with your travel agent to ensure they book online, and provide your Collector Number at the time of booking to ensure it is submitted. Reward miles are awarded to your account under the same terms as if you had booked the flight yourself online.

If you have booked a companion flight, you will earn AIR MILES reward miles for the paid portion of the companion flight only.

Can I earn AIR MILES reward miles when I buy WestJet gift certificates?
Yes, you can earn AIR MILES reward miles for every $20 you spend when you purchase a WestJet gift certificate online at westjet.com. Simply enter your AIR MILES Collector Number where requested on the WestJet gift certificate online request form. Reward miles on gift certificates are awarded on the full value of the gift certificate and will be issued to the purchaser after the gift certificate purchase has been processed.

What happens to the AIR MILES in my booking if I need to change or cancel my flight?
If your original booking was made on westjet.com and you change your flight, you will earn one AIR MILES reward mile for every $20 spent on the cost of your changed booking, excluding all taxes and Airport Improvement Fees. If you cancel your flight and a credit file is created, you will earn reward miles upon re-booking and completing travel on your next booking. Remember that your next trip must be booked via westjet.com to be eligible for reward miles. After you have completed your new booking online, please call WestJet at 1-888-WESTJET (937-8538) to apply your credit file to the cost of the ticket.

Can I add my AIR MILES Collector Number to my booking after I have already booked online?
An AIR MILES Collector Number can be added to any flights booked via westjet.com up to 90 days after travel is complete. In order to add your AIR MILES Collector Number to any original booking made via westjet.com, please call WestJet at 1-866-587-2476.

Bonus coupons are distributed periodically to selected AIR MILES Collectors through a variety of both regional and national campaigns.

How do I use a bonus offer code?
On Step 5 of the online booking process, there is a field to enter the bonus offer code from the coupon and receive bonus AIR MILES reward miles. An AIR MILES Collector Number must also be entered. The coupons are non- transferable but may be used more than once by the recipient of the mailing within the promotional period; however, the promotion is designed to allow only one coupon per booking, and it cannot be combined with any other bonus offer.

Some routes have less frequency of flights offered than others which decreases the redemption seats available. There is high demand for these seats and the AIR MILES redemption seats may sell out very fast, especially around long weekends, holidays, the busy summer season, as well as popular sun destinations (i.e. Florida ).
Tips for booking redemption seats:
Peak periods include long weekends, holidays (i.e. Christmas), busy seasons (i.e. summer) and Sundays(end of the weekend)
Popular destinations are at higher demands with less frequency (i.e. Orlando )
